Future Jarheads Fitness is the official fitness blog/site for Future Jarheads. This fitness blog is meant to be a guide and to offer basic advice on how to better improve your physical abilities and in how to improve your IST, PFT and CFT stats. By showing you the basics, it is up to each of you to use them to better find a workout routine that works best for you. There is no such thing as a “best” workout plan, so don’t look for one. Each of us is different and what works for one will not work for all.
