Welcome!! Future Jarheads Fitness is the official fitness blog/site for Future Jarheads. This fitness blog is meant to be a guide and to offer basic advice on how to better improve your physical abilities and in how to improve your IST, PFT and CFT stats.
Plus this blog also wants to point out the realities of the physical side of the USMC/boot camp since they are often exaggerated.
By showing you the basics, it is up to each of you to use them to better find a workout routine that works best for you. There is no such thing as a “best” workout plan, so don’t look for one. Each of us is different and what works for one will not work for all.
The master plan for this fitness blog was for Future Jarheads to cover the basics, and some of you are supposed to leave your tips and advice to help out your peers. So while reading through this blog, if you have any tips or advice that you think would be helpful, feel free to leave your advice in a comment in the appropriate page.
